What's the catch?

Good question. But the only catch, if you consider it a catch, is that we may reuse code for/from other projects. You can cancel anytime, but if you cancel within 3 months then we reserve the right to keep your domain.

How many pages can I have?

Our package includes up to 10 pages of content. Additional pages can be negotiated.

Can I choose my own domain?

Our package includes a .co.uk or .com domain, subject to availability. If you want a different TLD then this will cost extra.

Who will own the domain name?

If you cancel after 12 months then we will release the domain to you. If you cancel beforehand then we reserve the right to keep the domain.

What if I already own a domain name?

If you already own a domain name then great. We can still design & host your site for you. You can change your nameservers to point to our server. Our package price will not be discounted.

What happens if I don't pay?

If you don't pay, your website will be suspended until payment is received and you risk losing your domain name, your website & your emails.

What if I just want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel within 3 months then we reserve the right to keep the domain. If you cancel after 3 months then we can release the domain to you or you can continue to pay us the annual domain fee to retain the domain. If we manage the domain for you then we're happy to change nameservers for you as required.

When do I start payments?

Once your design is complete and you have given us approval to publish, we will then invoice you for your first month. Once paid, we will purchase your domain & publish your website. If you choose to pay 12 months up front then you can do, but if you decide to cancel within 12 months, you will not be refunded.

What if I want to change something on my website later?

Updates are included in your monthly fee. However, this does not mean a complete redesign. If we feel that your update requests are too time consuming then we reserve the right to charge for our time at £25 per hour. Failure to pay may result in your website being suspended or terminated.

Do I get an email address?

Yes. Your email can be anything@yourdomain.co.uk. You can have unlimited email accounts. However, your hosting/email storage limit is 5GB. Additional storage can be added as needed.

What if I want to sell things on my website?

We can create small e-commerce websites for you that link to your PayPal account. Our monthly package price for e-commerce sites start at £20. We don't offer fully featured e-commerce sites and our features are limited to product display, custom options, add-to-cart & PayPal checkout. P&P options are dealt with directly on the PayPal website.

Will I have access to my hosting account?

No.
